What We Do
Invest Fort Lauderdale, Inc. (IFL) is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing equitable neighborhood revitalization and community wealth-building throughout Fort Lauderdale, with a special focus on the historic small capitol Sistrunk neighborhood.
Working alongside residents, businesses, nonprofit organizations, developers, philanthropic partners, and public agencies. IFL serves as a catalyst for transformative investment that expands opportunity for existing residents while preserving the neighborhood's history, identity, and culture.

The Fort Lauderdale Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) will begin accepting applications for the Residential Enhancement Program beginning Wednesday, October 14, 2026. Eligible homeowners may receive up to $10,000 for exterior improvements including, painting, landscaping, fencing, lighting and driveways.
Eligibility Requirements:

Own a single-family home located within the Northwest-Progresso-
Flagler Heights CRA boundaries. -
Be the legal owner of the property.

Property must demonstrate a need for exterior improvements.

If you are unable to attend either of the designated application submission dates, you may contact the CRA at 954-828-6130 beginning Monday, October 19, to schedule an appointment to submit your application provided program slots remain available.
